Beta V0.66 The bloody update

More blood muah ha ha ha!  Hey guys, in this update I added more blood and made the existing blood bloodier.  I also added a button for full screen/windowed mode in the settings menu.  I fixed a bunch of bugs that gave the player infinite grenades and insane fire rates.  Oh yeah there's a new special zombie but I can't show it to you, because it's INVISIBLE!  Watch out for bloody footprints!
